Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qiflow app and website. By using Qiflow, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. General
By downloading, installing, or using Qiflow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qiflow. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Use
You may register using email OTP, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to reclaim inactive accounts after providing prior notice.
4. Service Description and Disclaimer
Qiflow provides compatibility analysis, Five Elements energy readings, daily guidance, 27-mansion compatibility, and an AI Energy Guide.
Important: All content is provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on content provided by this app.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Qiflow offers auto-renewing memberships, consumable in-app Credits, and one-time web readings. A one-time web reading unlocks the report for the specific chart, pairing, or cast shown before checkout; it is not a subscription. The price and currency are displayed before you start checkout. Pricing may differ by channel and region, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Payment processing. App Store purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. One-time web readings are currently processed by PayPal. Other web memberships or Credit purchases may be processed by RevenueCat and Stripe when offered. Your payment details are handled by the applicable processor and are not stored by us. By making a purchase you also agree to that processor's applicable terms.
One-time web readings. After the processor confirms payment, the purchased reading is generated and saved to the Qiflow account used at checkout. You may reopen it from that account. If payment succeeds but the reading is not delivered, contact [email protected] so we can restore access, regenerate the reading, or issue a refund.
Memberships (auto-renewing).
- Membership renews automatically for the same period and price until canceled.
- App Store memberships renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store account settings.
- Web memberships renew until canceled; you may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Credits.
- Credits are a prepaid, in-app virtual item used to access certain features (e.g. AI chat, compatibility and fortune reports). They have no cash value, are not money or a stored-value instrument, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
- Credits are usable only within Qiflow and do not expire while your account remains active. Unused Credits are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
- Credit purchases are final and, except where refunds are required by law or granted at our or the platform's discretion, non-refundable once the Credits have been delivered to your balance.
- We may adjust the price of Credits or the Credit cost of features prospectively; changes do not affect Credits already in your balance.
Refunds. App Store purchases are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. Web refunds are handled by us through the processor used for the transaction, including PayPal, RevenueCat, or Stripe. Because a personalized digital reading is delivered immediately, completed and delivered readings are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will correct, regenerate, or refund a reading that was paid for but not delivered or is materially defective. To request help or a refund, contact [email protected] with the account email and transaction identifier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Qiflow — including UI design, graphics, interpretive text, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Qiflow to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service;
- Access the service through automated means without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiflow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
12. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- Acknowledgment: These Terms are between you and Qiflow only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you.
- Product Claims & IP: Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.
